A place for Artists to Brush Up

This is Brush Park, a once prominent neighborhood in Detroit, long forgotten and half abandoned. What potential these Victorian mansions have. What wonderful places they could provide to groups artist committed to infusing Detroit with new innovative energy. Thesis:Detroit  hopes to one day acquire these homes and transform them into galleries and artist residences.
