An interesting house was built in the southwest part of Turkey, in the city of Bogrum. It was created by maybe the most known Turkish architecture studio Global Architectural Development. The concept of the entire house is quite interesting and strongly influenced by limits that architects had to deal with. In this region of Turkey there are laws restricting conditions for constructions with a surface bigger than 75 square meters. In order to avoid interventions of local municipalities the parcel was divided into three.
They got not only an inspiration for the whole project but the name as well. The central part has a glazed floor to ceiling window providing a panoramic view at the surrounding nature and a bay. The building has an interesting roof collecting utilisable rain water. The house has an incredible charisma and is unique by its shape as well as the layout.
