What I did with bubble wrap

 

I took it upon my self to try to use bubble wrap as fabric. Such a hard material to work with(bubble wrap). However this is the first stage of the dress I aka NewGarde cam up with. I hated sewing it but looking at the finished front its not bad. Well… on to stage two (the back).
